Refund and Cancellation
At DS Secure Cloud Service , we take customer satisfaction seriously,
1. Service cancellation is allowed within 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.
2. Refunds are based on the amount paid minus used days and a 5% transaction fee.
3. No refunds after the service has expired.
4. We recommend trying a short-term plan (e.g., 3 days) before purchasing a longer one.
